The eXp Realty application asks who most influenced your decision to join. That answer names your sponsor, and it cannot be changed afterward. Since May 2025, eXp has allowed co-sponsors, so two people can be named together. Take the time to ask real questions first, of us and of anyone else you are considering.

Six questions to ask any sponsor, including us.

   Are you actively producing right now?

   Yes. Both of us still list, sell, and negotiate. We coach from this year's work, not from a story about 2019.

2. 02

   What happens in my first 30 days, specifically?

   A welcome call within a day, your license transfer, your systems and CRM live, your first Monday class, and one AI system installed with you.

3. 03

   Which calls are live every week, and who runs them?

   Monday technical coaching with Evelyn, AI work hours with Raven, and coffee in person. The founders run them, not a recording.

4. 04

   What do you hand me that already works, versus teach me to build?

   You get the MLS prompt library, our custom GPTs, and the website and branding starter kit on day one. We teach you to build the parts that have to fit your market.

5. 05

   Who answers when I am stuck on a contract at 7pm?

   One of us, or a Riser who has done that deal. You get our numbers, not a ticket queue.

6. 06

   What happens to my business if you stop showing up?

   You keep the systems, the recordings, and the group. We built it so it works whether or not any one person is in the room.
